Turning Point, a social services agency supporting those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, is hosting its eighth annual golf tournament on Sunday, April 28 at the Bay Pointe Club in Buzzards Bay.

The entry fee is $125 per person or $500 per team and includes 18 holes of golf, carts and the post tournament dinner.

Non-golfers can help by sponsoring a tee sign on one of the holes, marked by a sign naming the company or the individual who is donating, or by making an individual donation. Businesses and organizations can become event sponsors, with gold, silver and bronze level options.

“It will be a fun day for everyone and a great way to support neighbors in need,” commented Turning Point Executive Director Shirley Santos.

The event is the culmination of Turning Point’s 20th anniversary celebration. All proceeds benefit Turning Point programs and services for homeless or near homeless individuals and families.

For more information on golf registration or sponsorship levels, or to purchase a tee sign or make a donation, please call Turning Point’s golf tournament organizer Rick Duffy at 508-759-7872, the Turning Point mobile at 508-728-5384, email turningpointwareham@gmail.com with the subject Golf Tournament or visit the newly refurbished Turning Point website.
