Message to those who are known by Wareham police, if you don't want to be arrested for outstanding warrants or driving on suspended licenses, I suggest you move out of Wareham.

Really, her...down Swifts...oh no.  She doesn't look like the Cannonberry way type. They have cars there... wandering on foot in there would be suspicious.  It's a culdesac.  Lock your doors.

Posted by: Swifts_Sheriff | Aug 03, 2018 22:32

Oh it’s her ... even my elderly mother said what the hell is that ?

Posted by: Wareham By The Sea | Aug 13, 2018 21:21

Swifts-I saw Gorilla Cookies today...just where you said.  She was walking in the middle Eunice in front of that house with all the work vans.  I know what your mother means!  She's ghastly!  As I drove by she glared at me like a zombie.  She was more fugly in person than in that mug shot!

I didn't see where she came from but my guess would be from the house with all the work vans.  She's probably shacking up with one of the dudes that live there.  That whole deal has seemed fishy since day one.  Every time I go down Swift's Beach I look at that mess of a commercial operation in a residential neighborhood and wonder how they can be getting away with that.  Adding a hoochie mama just goes with the territory.  Gotta love it!

Dear Wareham Week (Jamie?)

Comments have been selectively removed from this thread causing it to lose continuity and clarity.  None of the removed comments were any worse than the comments that remain so it is rather confusing why it was censored like that.

A criminal featured in Wareham Week is now wandering around Swift's Beach.  A comment introducing that fact has been removed.  Those that read these comments may benefit from knowing what transpired in the original order.

"What you talkin' 'bout, Willis?"

Is a quote from Different Strokes a problem too?  Sanford and Son was a famous and excellent sitcom.  Is a direct quote from Redd Foxx the issue?

Thanks Matt.  I know you are just doing your job.

WBTS.... maybe Matthew is secretly in love .... or he’s visiting those locations also ..

Posted by: WantToSeeChange | Aug 14, 2018 19:57

WBTS,  It is 2018.  Calling a person "Gorilla" anything just doesn't fly.  You are not a stupid person.  Try using her name.  I agree, Sanford and Son was a famous and excellent sitcom.  No doubt about that.  That was in the 70's.  We have come a long way, my friend.

Posted by: Wareham By The Sea | Aug 14, 2018 23:32

Wanttosee- yea...I know.  I'm young enough to realize that...because ya know I've only seen Sanford and Sons reruns...lol.   Nowadays everybody funny about that stuff.

Posted by: Spherebreaker | Aug 15, 2018 07:56

WBTS, yes you should be offended.  That was not a micro-aggression that's was a full on macro aggression and should not be tolerated. In addition it may offend other species of primate than the gorilla that may feel left out or considered inferior should they overhear her. Her use of the word "big" also indicates a bias against anything larger than what she considers the right size even if not being used in an aggressive manner. Perhaps next time she could use some less aggressive and less used descriptors such as cuddly duck billed platypus or wriggly marmoset. It will make you less likely to question yourself or asking others to answer life's questions for you. Glad I could help.

WBTS, depends on the context, I guess.  haha.

I think Mr. Bernat maybe interested in a relationship with her or he’s into protecting drug activity?

Posted by: Society for Suppression of Noise | Aug 15, 2018 22:07

That’s below the belt, Sheriff.  I have no love for Matt Bernat after he called me out by my username and then slandered me on some stupid, pandering WCTV video, but we need to differentiate between scumbag Wareham thugs who deserve to be pilloried and pelted with rotting tomatoes, and some poor idiot like Bernat who’s required to find the balance between delusional 21st-century Puritan hypersensitivity and the real world (as it existed for thousands of years before Sanford & Son reruns*).

Do you think ANY of the WW staff knows who Redd Foxx is without Googling his name?  None of those people have ever lived in a world where you could recognize that somebody else is different without it being some kind of insult.

*This raises another point—if you weren’t around (like I was) to see original Sanford & Son shows, by what right are you entitled to view reruns?  Some people think that only those who were here FIRST are entitled to view the public domain.  Just curious.

Posted by: WantToSeeChange | Aug 16, 2018 07:22

SFSON, I don't know what WCTV thing you are talking about, but can you truly slander someone who only uses a screen name?  It's not like the general public will now point you out and say "that's the person the paper dude was talking about".  And, I think everyone should watch reruns of Sanford & Son, All in the Family, etc.  Those shows all addressed great points in the society that was in place at the time and, in my opinion, were ahead of their time.  They are the exact types of shows that would be cancelled quickly in today because someone would be offended rather than actually thinking about the true message that they were saying.

Posted by: totellthetruth | Aug 16, 2018 07:30

Not to mention that shows like Sanford and Son,All In The Family, etc. were actually funny!

Posted by: Spherebreaker | Aug 16, 2018 07:35

Some folks cant handle the reruns and seek to change reality. Look what  they did with Batman. No where in any of the remakes do I see words like POW and ZOWIE super imposed on the screen when Batman or Robin fight anyone like it should be, its disgusting. Now I hear that the new Bat girl is lesbian.  The PC culture ruins everything and causes so many problems, the PC folks are just to stupid to see it or understand. No wonder the real Batman has never been here to remove the problems

Long live the Dukes of Hazard...

They removed that show from the air due to snowflakes melting down.

Wow, would ya all take a look at the comments generated due to Shaunelle.  She's influencing quite a discussion and likely doesn't even know.  I wonder what would happen if her face really was stuck in some dough?  What kind of cookies would result?

Well known.....time for there to be some real consequences.

Peaches - thanks for the research.  36 Swifts Beach Road...now that's a surprise!  I'll give yall 3 guesses what that place is.  It would take a big magic wand or a big bulldozer to get rid of that haven for miscreants.  That would be the second Wareham hot spot to go after motels if it was up to me.  I feel so bad for my friends that live there and all the good people that live there that must endure such an awful environment and live with the stigma.  That place is like hell on earth.  If anyone doesn't believe me, just take a ride in there today. 95 degrees of shady looking despair hangin' around with no particular place to go.  Looks like a scene from the movie Boyz in the Hood.  It's so ironic that so many people unknowingly pass by it on their way to the beach, second homes, cottages, beach houses, and boats.  It's like that in many tourist areas; the resorts are surrounded by hell.

Back to Shaunelle.  DOB 8/27/83 !!!  Happy 35th girl!  I have tshirts older than her but she looks like she could be my grandmother!  A very scary grandmother.  Proof of hard livin' there kids!  Hey kids, take a good look at her and strive not to be like her.  Listen to your parents and teachers when they say to stay out of trouble, stay in school, and to work hard in life!
