Any Booze involved?  If not plenty of car partiers in the Swifts Neck parking lots .. Drinking BOXED Wine in a Dunks cup from the Back seat of your truck seems to be the norm down there . BTW  to the cruiser that just drove by and did nothing about the illegally parked cars that were parked in the fire lane . Should some type of an emergency occur down there  and vehicles were prevented access it will cost the town lots of Money $$$.

Ahh, I myself witnessed that too Swifts. Nothing like a hot box of red wine. Gross! A couple of weeks before that on the other end they were dinking nips and smoking pot right in the parking lot! No stickers of course.....

Time to start towing these vehicles or handing out a ticket that is a deterrent. Thirty bucks is a joke.
