Community members of all ages carefully decorated rubber ducks Sunday morning in an event that fit the bill for weekend fun.

The decorated ducks were sent down the Tihonet Pond Canal for the Friends of the Wareham Free Library's annual duck race. The event included games and prizes for the best decorated ducks.

Proceeds from the race will help the Friends support library programming.
