Just Fishining, I have not a peep about this place since the fraud investigation. I just read your post on charging Non residents for parking and use of the beach in Onset. I like the idea but think that we should also be charging residents who do not have sewer yet. Portions of this fund could be used for treatment plant operations and the rest could be used to bring sewer to all areas of Town.

noseyneighbor, while off topic, i remember when hull was changing from septic to town sewer (mid 80s or early 90s??). it was not pretty but think hull is benefiting from those changes now...they have a great train line, property values are up. major rehab of the beaches ... seems like the feds may be headed in the town sewer direction so may be inevitable but man it's expensive!

The burned out house has been used for fire personnel training exercises - that's the positive side. Unfortunately, the owners/lessees of the property continue to pile trash in the front dumpster higher and higher, now to the point of overflow. It certainly isn't an attractive addition to the neighborhood (which they obviously don't care about)!
