Man who allegedly threatened to kill officer arrested by Wareham Police

Jul 24, 2018

Wareham Police arrested several people on Monday, July 23, including one man who reportedly told a town official he wanted to kill a police officer.

The town official warned police that Richard Lepage, 70, of Douglas, had allegedly stated that he had the means to kill an officer and planned to do so.

After receiving this information, Officer Richard Robidoux spotted Lepage by the intersection of Main Street and Cedar Street around 11:30 a.m. Robidoux arrested him on an outstanding warrant as well as for the threat.

Lepage was processed at Wareham Police headquarters before being transported to Wareham District Court.

Later that day, at 2:30 p.m., Raynell Fisher, 22, of Buzzards Bay, was arrested by Officers Robidoux and Zina Kelsch following a shoplifting incident at Walmart. Police said Fisher stole $25.95 worth of items from the store. Fisher was taken into custody after an on scene investigation.

At about 10:15 p.m., Teena Hill, 46, of Onset was arrested by Officers Charles Pillsbury and Joseph Cardoza for a disturbance call on Cleveland Way. Hill had two active warrants for her arrest and was held overnight at police headquarters.

In addition to these arrests, two more were made for domestic violence with one individual being placed into protective custody. These incidents were unrelated.

It's jerks like Lepage who give public drunkenness a bad name.

70 years old and acting like this ? Please act your age pal by staying at home watching tv and stop making dumb threats.

When are these people gonna learn to stop stealing from Welmart ? Btw that’s a nasty rash on your neck

I think it's a hickey, not a rash.

I wonder if Raynell's $25.95 worth of stolen items included some makeup to cover that beauty up?  If so, that plan didn't quite work out!  Mom & Dad must be proud.  Many 22 year olds make the paper because they graduated college or something...

Yea, I know...this already aint her best day and snarky comments just add insult to injury...I get it.  But geeze, come on!  That's the risk a shoplifter with a big hickey takes!  Sorry kid!

Looks more like a lamprey bite. They are thick in Onset waters this year. Do not float in an inner tube near the pier if you know what's good for you.

Omg. Imagine that your mugshot in the newspaper with a big old nasty hickey on your neck her parents must be disgusted

Hopefully her parents are disgusted. Yet the apples don't fall too far from the tree around here.  The way these miscreants reproduce, her parents could still be in their late 30s and up to the same tricks as her.
