Fall 2010 Annual Report

Dear Friends,

My first year serving as President of the Boys & Girls Club Board has been a rewarding and a challenging experience. First I would like to thank our board, staff, volunteers and business partners who work so hard in creating a place where “Kids can BE GREAT” and still get the tools necessary to become responsible citizens and leaders. Their commitment is an investment in our Club and to our community.

I invite those of you who haven’t been to our Club to take a tour of our facilities and see for yourself how engaged our young members really are. I believe that when you see first-hand what goes on at the Club you share our belief that we are doing the right things and have the right programs in place.

Once again I hope you will continue to support the Club. We can use your financial support more than ever in this coming year, so that we can raise the necessary funds that it takes to operate in both New Bedford and Wareham.

If you haven’t yet joined us as a donor please consider a gift this year. To all of our donors a heartfelt thank you. You allow us to be “The Positive Place for Kids.”
