The Wareham Village Association extends its deepest regrets to our Frosty's Christmas Train customers who endured long waits and interruptions on the Saturday, November 24 train runs. As an organization who has successfully run this event for 5 years, we more than share your frustration and disappointment. This is a large event that involves multiple entities; therefore, we respectfully request your patience as we work to "make good" on the situation. We extend our heartfelt thanks to our volunteer elves, Showstoppers, and children's book readers who did their utmost to keep riders entertained during the extended train stops; to our volunteers from many local businesses that extended their help at the Meeting House; to our Police and Municipal Maintenance Departments; and to our sponsors that help to offset the costs so we can continue to bring you an affordable family event. Special thanks to Matthew Steely, Tracy McGraw, and Massachusetts Maritime Academy Cadet Hurley-DelVecchio, for their continuous ten hour shift to keep you safe and informed on Saturday.

Christmas on Main Street activities, the majority of which are free and open to the public, are being finalized by the WVA for Saturday, December 8 from 10am to 3pm. Stay tuned for more information on both the resolution of November 24 train rides and upcoming Christmas on Main Street activities and the Annual Parade on Saturday, December 8.
