The Wareham High School Boys Basketball Team has moved on to the final four in the spring playoff with a dominating performance over Lynn Vocational Technical Institute.
The team put up 95 points to Lynn Technical’s 49 during their round-of-eight game on Friday, March 8.
Last March, the team celebrated its first state champion win in over a decade, and Friday’s win puts them two games away from recreating that run. The team took first in the regular season with a 14-3 record.
Wareham’s final four match will take place on Tuesday, March 12, at 5 p.m. It will take place at Taunton High School, 50 Williams St, Taunton. The Vikings will face Millbury Memorial Junior/Senior High School, which entered the tournament as the 4th seed.
