Dear editor, 

Physical issues prevent me from going the Gleason YMCA as I once did. What follows below is a shout out to one of the many people I enjoyed knowing there.

                On what I say you can depend,
                About a certain local legend.

                If you go to the "Y",
                He will always say "Hi".

                We all know him as Brendan.
