PCT Federal Credit Union Welcomes Dan Picard as New CEO

PCT Federal Credit Union Board of Directors is pleased to announce Dan Picard’s appointment as its new Chief Executive Officer. “We are excited to have Dan lead our credit union with a futuristic vision of success”, stated John Grondin, Chairman of the Board. “With his extensive background in the credit union field, we are confident he will serve our members well.”

“I am excited to be joining the PCT Federal Credit Union family. I look forward to working with the Board of Directors, the employees, and our members to attract new members to our credit union”, said Dan Picard, who will assume the Chief Executive Officer role on April 16th, 2024.

With over 30 years of experience in financial services, Dan had directly overseen all lending functions, including consumer and real estate lending, indirect lending, and loan services (collections), most recently at Hanscom Federal Credit Union. He has extensive experience planning and directing credit union lending programs to support their goals and objectives.

Dan lives in Attleboro, Massachusetts with his wife, Erin. He has two sons, Timothy and Andrew who are very active in sports.

Debra Tower, Chair if the CEO Selection Committee, led the executive search with her fellow board members. The Board of Directors partnered with JSpire Recruiting, a firm headquartered in Montgomery, Texas, specializing in credit union executive placements.
