Feeling a little stressed out? Overwhelmed by the challenges of your everyday life? Come to the Main Library and learn mind-body techniques that will help you respond  in a positive way to your stress and challenges. Kat Papineau will be presenting this free practice group on Thursday, May 4 from 5:30 to 6:30 pm.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat or blanket and a journal.
