Oakdale/Cromsett Neighborhoods July 14, 2012 article
I attended the BOS meeting on July 14th at Town Hall. First, let me express my thanks to all who attended the meeting! I'm sure there were at least 150 plus residents there; residents who were concerned enough about the decisions being made in their name (taxpapers) by a few individuals. Second, Wareham's sewer project in my opinion has NOT taken it's residents/taxpapers into account when making decisions on HOW to spend the monies appropriated for this project. Third, costs that should have been shared across all neighborhoods was divided in a manner that became clearly inequitable. Additionally, it seems that the Town was not watching the chicken coop.....lastly, .if anyone is really interested in following the monies spent to date, look over the paperwork associated with the project! All of this information is public knowledge since it is your tax dollars paying for it all. Instead of sitting back and accepting everything you hear and read, see for yourself.
