Wareham Youth Baseball will hold its opening day Saturday, April 27. 

The annual parade will begin at 10 a.m. Players will need to be dropped off at the old Tremont Nail Factory between 9 and 9:30 a.m., and roads will be blocked off about 10 to 15 minutes before the parade. Parking will be located only at the complex on Charge Pond Road for the day. 

Opening day ceremonies include two surprise guest singers and a dedication ceremony. Games will start being played shortly after the opening ceremony concludes. 

A snack bar will be open and they will be hosting a minor league only home run derby after all games conclude.
